By requesting a quote or booking service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to approve work on the property.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection or inquiry.
Final pricing may change if:

  • Site conditions differ from the original assessment,
  • Additional work is requested, or
  • Unforeseen hazards (hidden wires, rot, underground obstacles, etc.) are discovered.

We will always notify you of any changes before proceeding.

3. Scheduling and Access

Customers must provide safe and clear access to the property and work area on the scheduled day.
Please remove vehicles, pets, and personal belongings from the job zone before our crew arrives.
If weather, safety, or equipment issues prevent work from being completed, services may be rescheduled.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, check, or approved electronic payment methods.
Late or missed payments may result in service charges or collection actions.

5. Property Damage and Liability

We take every precaution to protect your property. However:

  • We are not responsible for minor lawn or ground damage caused by standard tree service equipment,
  • We are not liable for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or unmarked obstacles unless disclosed before work begins.

Oxnard Tree Service carries general liability insurance, but customers are responsible for providing accurate site information in advance.

6. Tree Health and Risk

Tree trimming and removal involve inherent risks. While we follow proper safety and arbor care standards, we cannot guarantee the long-term health or stability of any tree after service.
We reserve the right to refuse any work that creates unsafe conditions for our crew or surrounding property.

7. Cleanup and Debris Removal

Our standard service includes cleanup of limbs, branches, and debris generated by our crew.
Firewood, logs, or chips left on-site are the property owner’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

8. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Short-notice cancellations or no-shows may be charged a service fee.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to misuse it or submit false information through our contact or quote forms.
We reserve the right to edit or remove website content at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability
